Lunch:
Fish Porridge
Honey baked chicken wings
Pan fried fish
Chicken Soup (炖鸡养颜汤)
Chicken Stew (Red dates + garlic + ginger + Hua Tiao Jiu)
Stir fry xiao bai cai with white bait

Dinner:
补气汤
